1. Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The product should not be worn, used, or damaged.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with further instructions on how to send your product back.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, you can ship the product back to us. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged beyond their original condition are not eligible for a refund. Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made shoes are also non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the same return policy applies. If the new item costs more, you may be asked to pay the difference.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
